Doug Remien Photography provides a 10 day return policy on all of our products ordered from this website. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund less a 15% restocking fee. Prepaid shipping is required. Please note that there are no returns on custom orders.
We must receive all returns or exchanges in resalable condition. If damage has occurred in some way, we will, at our discretion, place a value of the damage done and any credit issued will be adjusted by the same amount.

If the original packing materials are no longer available, visit your local packaging store for the proper mailing procedures and please be sure to insure it.
Include the following information with your shipment:
- Name, address, and telephone number
- Credit card number and expiration date
- Item being returned
- New Item to be shipped
Once we have received your returned product, we will ship your new product as soon as possible.
